This is the cutest photo prop you will have when creating them special front door photos for the first day of school, making all important memories through the years catching your smiling children on their first day of each school year, pre-school or nursery, to look at time and time again along with the memory oak name plaque stating the class year as a beautiful keepsake.
Please add the name and class year in the personalisation box required. Please ensure that you check your spelling, as we will make your order as per your spellings so please double check.
Our veneered Oak wood is of the highest quality, is FSC sustainably sauced. All our products are cut and finished in our workshop with a depth of 6mm. making them stronger and robust.
Please note the pictures can differ from each product you buy, as you can understand all wood is different. There may also be slight burn marks to the back of your piece but we always try to remove these in the process.

SHIPPING
UK Delivery
There is a £3.99 postage charge for baskets under £20 to any UK address.
We offer free postage to any UK address for orders of £20 and over.
We also offer Express delivery for a charge of £7.49 which this will be 1st class and prioritised in the making of the product.
Please do bear in mind that as we are working with personalised and handmade items and we ask our customers to give us at least a week turn around, we pride ourselves in getting our orders complete and posted as quickly as possible but in our busy periods it can be a longer lead time.
International Delivery
If you are overseas, we offer worldwide delivery for a charge of £23.99 we use couriers such as Evri, DPD or DHL Express
Customs and Taxes
Items are made and dispatched from the UK. International (including European) customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply on arrival.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Should there be a problem with one of your purchases, please do get in touch with us. If you are not 100% happy with your order and the item is unused and in perfect condition, we'll happily exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery, minus the costs of our postage.
Customers are responsible for return/exchange postage costs and a refund will be processed once we have received the items back and verified they are unused.
Exceptions
If your returned item is not in the perfect condition it was sent to you in, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
Personalised items CANNOT be returned, exchanged or refunded.
DAMAGED ITEMS
All orders are checked before dispatch. If your product does arrive with any defects or has been damaged during delivery please take photo evidence so we can go to the delivery company to put through a complaint, we will of course offer a full refund or replacement - please get in touch as soon as your products arrive in an unsatisfactory way.
We can not refund or replace any items with a fault as a result of misuse or mishandling.
